Apple Trade-In Lenient with Cracks?

I want to use Apple's tradein program but my device has a hairline crack. Is apple lenient with giving full or close to full value when the device has a hairline crack on the screen but is otherwise perfect?

They won't take it for trade unless you repair the screen period. Your best bet it to sell it with pictures of the damaged screen and reduce the price accordingly..
