I just received the email that the trade-in is in progress, but looking closely where it says payment method, there are the last 4 digits of a Mastercard that doesn't belong to me. The card I used to buy the new iPhone is different, and I only used my card. Has anyone ever had this problem?

Did you use Apple Pay or the Apple credit card? They will have the correct way to credit you, digital numbers don't always match to protect you.
