Our apple tv 3 gen has lost wifi after 7.2 update. Our serial numbers fell in line with the2 year extended warranty replacement .However after being told that it would be replaced, we went to the apple store and were told we were several months late.
Is there any way to downgrade the firmware to an earlier version which will allow the wifi to work again.
Other than offering to let me purchase a replacement for $49 apple has been no help.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
