Apple TV 3 picture stutter

Hi all,

I purchased an Apple TV last week but I'm having a problem with the picture. Whether I watch Netflix or plexconnect I get a picture stutter. The device is connected via cable to my router and I have a 120mbps connection. All other devices in the house can watch Netflix or plex perfectly fine

Any help appreciated

Try running it via wifi and see if that changes anything.
