Apple TV 4K and HomePod Mini Pair

Has anyone been able to set a HomePod Mini Stereo Pair as the default audio device in tvOS 15 yet or is this only available if you are also using the homeOS beta as well?

I get no option to set this. Also I get no audio playing through any device on Movies on Plex that are running AC3 5.1. Any one else with this problem?

You have to update the HomePod minis over to the beta as well for the ATV to recognize the stereo pair
 
I had my HomePod minis set as the default audio and they worked just fine.
I reset the default audio to my HomePods after that

Nice how do stereo pair mini’s sound with an Apple TV? Is it loud enough?
