Apple tv 4k app store blank

Am on 12.4 and don't want to update however when I first got the box app store was working perfectly I was able to download what I want

But now it just shows the loading icon then goes blank

Everything else works I tried to factory reset it many times but still the same

I tried different apple ids same thing

Has anyone else had this issue and how can I resolve it

Yes but then I won't be able to jailbreak the device if I update

Then you’ll have to weigh up the odds as to what’s more important I guess.

yes I understand but I want to find out if anyone else has ever had this issue and how they resolved it without updating I can't be the only one with this issue in 12.4
