Apple TV 4K - black screen on some apps

Hello - I have an apple tv 4k (few years old) and it's been working very very well until today. Basically some videos - such as Prime Video and BT Sport are showing black screens but sound continues. Netflix is working fine, and apple tv+ is working fine but both Prime and BT Sport Apps don't show anything on the screen. I've checked the software and it's update to date.
Tried restarting, taking out HDMI cable etc. Anything which can help?

UPDATE: This got fixed after turning the TV itself off and back on.
