Apple TV 4k - broken remote accelerometer and three-axis gyro

Hello to all, hope my question was not posted too many times
Got some days ago, apple tv 4k - 64gb, model A1842, also got a problem:

1. my remote accelerometer and three-axis gyro does not work in games. Tried multiple games, same. Remote inself works very good in other situations (except tilt games). I reset her, paired again, same.

My actual tvos is 14.0 - 18J5354d, public beta 4. Can be a software issue? Or hardware one?

2. and also, from what i understand, i cannot downgrade from 14 to 13 is it?

1. If the issues occurred since you updated to the new OS, it's more likely software.
If it just happened recently, it's more likely hardware to me.
You can borrow a working remote control from other Apple TV to test and verify.

2. Technically, you can downgrade to earlier tvOS. Ever heard of 3utools?

Was my fault because i did not tried with tvos 12.*, to see if tilt working or not in games. I updated to v14, after 3-4 days tried some games, and discovered the issue.
Got few days ago the apple tv 4k...also my fault that i had not documented before and i thought it would work to downgrade from a beta to the official version.
Did not heard about 3utools. About your idea, where can i read exactly what i need to do?

I'm sorry, my bad. 3utools only workable with iOS devices that can be connected to a PC or a MAC.
Apple TV4K can't.
You are stuck with its beta tvOS until they got an official release for it.
Or you can contact Apple support to see what they will say.

Anyway, seems my problem is already solved, dunno how, i will explain what i did and after that, saw problem fixed.
1- i changed the atv in living room, was in bedroom for test and so on;
2- buyed second QED Performance Premium HDMI Cable (got one already);
3- connected atv-av-tv with apple explanation for dolby vision and atmos, seems works, got on Netflix Vision Logo;
4- after these tests of Vision and Atmos, my dead told me: why you dont try again the tilt in games?
5- i tried, problem fixed and i have 0% explanations how problem was from initial setup...
