I just picked up an Apple TV 4K and went through the setup process. As soon as it went to the home menu screen, it froze then green lines appeared on the screen then went black. I unplugged it from power for a few minutes and now the little light on the Apple TV just flashes. The input on the TV says no signal. Is it dead? I don't see any way to reset it without it turning on. I am using a new high speed HDMI cable, which worked fine on other devices I tested. I'm stuck. Should I return it?

I'd take it back and get another unit or try to restore. Sounds like it's stuck in a loop of some type.
