When ever I start my Apple TV 4K it asks me to enter my Apple ID Verfication Password. If I ignore it I can get into my main app page and watch what ever I want. Is this prompt due to having 2 step verification setup under my Apple ID account. I read someone about this during a google search. If its not how do I make it so it does not ask me each time, thanks.

I have 2FA turned on on my account and don't have that problem. The only time I did have that kind of problem was when I had recently changed by Apple ID password and not all of my devices had been updated.
Sign out of your account on the tv and sign back in and make sure to validate your sign in with Apple's 2FA code. It shouldn't ask again, provided you entered it correctly.
