Hi all!
I bought an Apple TV 4K (the most recent model) about 3 months ago.
Installed it on my living room, where it sits along with my set top box, Xbox Series X, some Sonos speaker a and a few other devices.
While dusting a few days ago noticed that the Apple TV power cable as a strange feeling to it, the outer layer that originally was rubbery and had a nice touch, now seems sticky and with lots of dust sticked to it. I tried to clean it with some isopropyl pads, it got better, but still a bit sticky.
Does anyone complains about the same?
It feels odd that a 3 month old cable is degrading like this.
I deeply appreciate your input.

It's the same power cord as used by the AirPort devices (white version of the cables), Mac minis and the AppleTVs (all the dark grey version of the cables) ... over the years, I've had too many of these devices to count... and I have never experienced this... I have a bunch of those power cords, and they all still have that new, rubbery feel to them.
