Apple TV and Bluetooth Headphones

Hi,

Could someone please tell me if it is possible to pair Bluetooth headphones to an Apple TV 4K and have audio come through the headphones and a connected soundbar? You can pair any kind of BT headphones to an Apple TV, it certainly is easier with Beats and AirPods but not exclusive to those brands.

Now, to have the sound come out simultaneously to 2 different systems (a sound bar and the headphones), that I do not know.
