Apple TV app - apps gone from list

In norway we have last amazon, viaplay, tv2 etc from the TV app list.

I head germany also lost amazon. What is going on? I have tried different apple tvs, and two ios devices. they list the same thing.

Its clearly something wrong. Anyone with info?
