Apple TV app - duplicate libraries?

I noticed today that in the Apple TV app under both iOS 16.4 (iPhone 14 Pro), and iPad OS 16.4, under Library I have two iTunes Library entries - both have the same name, <My name> iTunes Library. When I tap on both they appear identical and correct for what should be downloaded to the device. why are there two identical entries, and more importantly how do I get rid of one of them, assuming it's safe to do so? Thanks!
 
I don't have duplicate libraries, but the items in my library are not in alphabetical order, completely random. The TV app is messed up on 16.4.
