Apple TV App issues

When I watch iTunes purchased shows or movies through the TV app, it rarely marks them as watched when I finish. I have to click and manually mark as watched. Anyone else have this same problem? It drives me nuts.

I have this problem watching stuff through Computers.app, so I wonder if it's a tvOS issue.... I'm hoping that Apple will release the Snow leopard of tvOS, it could really do with a bit of polish ( and restoring some of the features it used to have, like continuous playback of tv series, and watched status in playlists ).
