I have an issue which Apple has turned over to development. Upgraded from Big Sur to 12.3 and when I try to redeem a movie in Apple TV on my iMac I get the error "cannot connect" when I select "redeem" from the account menu.
We've tried everything we could think of, including disabling firewalls, antivirus, login items, extensions, direct connection to my Comcast modem, etc. Finally in desperation I completely wiped the disk. With a pristine 12.3 install still get the same error message.
It does work on my IOS devices.
Wondering if anyone else has seen this problem.
