I am on Catalina 10.15.5 and received from apple an offer to test Apple TV+ for a year. I registered and now I realised that the app "tv" is not on my mac, although it should be automatically there on Catalina. I have never used it before, so I can't say when it disappeared. I can't find it anywhere to download either. Could anyone be so nice and help me with this?

You may have to reinstall Catalina - I think it comes with that.
