Apple TV defaulting as audio output

Hello everyone...... was wondering if anyone knew of a solution to this little problem that is annoying the heck out of me! Every time I put my Macbook to sleep and I open it back up OS X has switched my audio output to my Apple TV. It's a huge pain in the butt to go back in change it every single time. I have to go in open system prefs > sound > internel speakers. Sooo is there anyway I could make my internel speakers my default output my internel speakers every time?
