Apple TV Firmware upgrade question?

I received a 40GB TV, and it is still running version 1.0. Can the firmware be upgraded through itunes? I will be on vacation this weekend and the TV where i will be is not supported. I just wanted to have it upgraded by the time I got home so that I could be ready to rock.

Nope, you update right from the atv itself. Not via iTunes like an iPod.
