Apple TV + Harmony (going to sleep?)

I setup my new Harmony 900 with my Apple TV and it works flawlessly except for one little thing. Sometimes after watching TV I go back to the Apple TV and it is asleep, and the remote can't turn it on. Then have to unplug the apple tv and plug it back in. Anyone experience something like this?
