Hi

Am I looking into buying an Apple TV for the first time. This will be primarily be used for Apple Fitness+ classes and the on-screen stats provided.

I currently have a HD TV with no plans to upgrade to 4K for the foreseeable future. So, should I just purchase the HD, which I believe is pretty old in terms of hardware, or should I just go for the 4K and be in a better position for future software updates?

Thanks for any advice.

With the price difference between them I honestly don't think the HD should exist.

The 4K has a much, much better processor, so that alone is honestly enough to justify buying it over the HD. It will also hold resale value much better should you eventually decide to get rid of it
