Apple TV HD Solid White Light

Not sure if it was due to an update, but my AppleTV HD now boots up, but once it loads it "freezes". Not all the banner graphics load and the photos app appears to be highlighted. The AppleTV is displaying a solid white light. Any ideas? Thanks.

I have no control from the remote, but I can hold down the tv and home button to get it to reboot.

Plug it in to a computer via the USB port. You can do a restore from there.

Thanks. This worked great. Took a few days to get the cable. Got a few different errors initially, but eventually found the usb port on my MacBook that got through the restore.
