Hello everybody,
I have an AppleTV 3, that I connect to my Acer Monitor(Full HD). I use a converter to convert HDMI to VGA, since the monitor does not have an HDMI Port. It works fine. Now, when I connect the Apple TV to my AV receiver (Pioneer VSX-329), and then, using this converter, I connect it to the monitor, it shows a green screen.
I used the same setup, with my Raspberry Pi,replacing the Apple TV and it worked, but just doesn't work with the Apple TV. Out of curiosity, I restarted the Apple TV while the HDMI was plugged in. Surprisingly, it shows the Apple logo, but then quickly, the screen turns green, without reaching the home screen of Apple TV. I tried changing resolutions in the Apple TV, but that doesn't work.

Notes: The converter is OK, the HDMI Cable is OK. I think something could be wrong with the settings. Can anyone please help me out? Thanks

Saadat.
