Hi.. External SSD with Library damaged, but i had a lot of my videos on my iPhone. Today i connected iPhone to Mac and i had Lost all my videos. Any possible way to recover?

If it's just the Library that was damaged and you don't have a Time Machine backup, then it sounds just like the links to the library were corrupted - the files will most probably still be on the SSD. Am guessing just right click the Library file & go looking about for them manually, others may suggest a more elegant solution.
 
If only the library database was damaged, simply drag-and-drop the iTunes media folder to the icon of running iTunes/TV app and it will add them back.
With movies on iPhone I am more puzzled. If you had cloud sync enabled, then they should all be in the iPhoto library in the cloud. How else could they be there, if not in the Camera Roll?
