Apple TV ~ how do i change the language? everything is in French! Ay carumba!

Does anyone know how to change my Apple TV to English?
(I'm assuming it's because i'm in Canada, but my System Prefs' Language & Region setting is English, how/where do i change the language(s) in the Apple TV app???
