Apple TV in UK Refurb Store

I've noticed over the past week or so that the Apple TV is now consistently showing in the UK refurb store whereas I've rarely seen it previously. Is this significant or just a quirk? Surely its too soon for another refresh? Presumably these refurbs will be the model before the silent refresh a couple of months back.

I am looking for a 2nd Apple TV so am wondering whether to save a few £s or just go for a brand new model.

I always buy from the Refurb store when practical. Same warranty and I've never had a bad experience.

On the US store I've bought a couple Apple TVs refurbed, can't say whether they're "commonly" there or if I've just been lucky and they've been available when I happened to want one.

I would not hesitate to buy a factory refurbished one.

to be honest, its more hassle to have to have it delivered. Probably not worth it for £15.
