Apple TV Issue - update billing address

Apple TV (new kind no drive), working previously, allowed me to rent movies.

Try today - says i need to update billing address (of course it doesnt say what I need to update) on the itunes computer.

I go to update - nothing to update, reenter billing info anyway (US Credit card, address) - no luck.

Discon apple tv, recon, no luck (this has fixed lots of probelms with the bug ridden POS in the past)


Any help appreciated. Trapped into using the product to keep my wife happy. Would happily smash it otherwise.

same problem

I just got the same thing - updated a few days ago. I resolved this by going to itunes and changing my billing address (I put my address in all uppercase).
