Apple TV Keeps Going To Sleep

I have an AppleTV, Model A1842, tvOS 12.3, configured as my home hub that keeps going to sleep. I need the Apple TV to be on all of the time. I have devices connected to the home hub through Bluetooth that need the Apple TV to be on all of the time so I can control the Bluetooth devices while I'm away from home. I currently have Settings > General > Sleep After > Never set but still the Apple TV keeps going to sleep. Any ideas on how to keep the Apple TV on and not allowing it to go into sleep mode? Any suggestions would be most helpful. Thank you.

Mine has been doing the same thing. I have it set to never sleep also. It started this behavior after the last TVOS update. Hopefully the next update will fix it.
