Apps Apple TV Minecraft? WWDC Announcement?

Hi Macrumorites. I hope someone can help me. I could have sworn I heard them mention Minecraft coming to the Apple TV on last nights WWDC keynote but I cannot find anything online. My little lad is bursting with excitement! Please someone tell me I didn't dream it or mishear the keynote!

I have a 9 year old ... He seemed to be satisfied for as long as his attention span allowed.Developer promised some updates, but sales probabaly failed. Look it up on youtube. It's 1$ , worth a try.

At the MacBook Pro even on October 27, Minecraft was announced for the Apple TV, coming by the end of the year. Haven't heard anything since then. Anyone hear anything?
