Apple TV multiple user accounts

I just noticed last night that on my Apple TV there is a mechanism for adding additional users. Does this feature enable us to switch between iCloud accounts? If I have subscribed (through iCloud) to Service A, and my wife has subscribed to Service B, can we use this feature to access either service by switching to that account?
 
I subscribe to UK (iTVX, Channel 4, iPlayer), CA (FibeTV, Crave) and US (Peacock, Max) services with 3 AppleIDs on my AppleTV and can use any AppleID to access these services.
