Apple TV near subwoofer

Will it affect the performance of the Apple TV if I place it on top or near a powered Subwoofer? And if so, how far should it be?
 
what brand and model sub? that matters due to the size of the magnet being used.

I geneally shoot for 3 or more feet away from a sub in my set up.
