Apple TV pixilation question

Hello,

Does anyone else experience some pixilation during fast paced movements (action scenes) in movies when streaming on the Apple TV?

My apple tv is set to 1080p, as well as internet speeds at 100mbps.

Only on shows/movies I encoded that the ATV can't quite keep up with. And even then its rare, I'm hoping the next ATV is a little bit more powerful for this.

Never while using a streaming service. At least that my eyes can detect.

So why do you think I get these pixilation problems during fast motion scenes?My internet and Apple TV is stable and runs my streams fine.
