Apple TV Remote shortcut

On ipad OS 15, I used a Shorcuts bookmark to launch the Apple TV remote without have to swipe down to control center.
OS 16.1.1, the Shortcut just creates a banner with a check mark at the top of the screen but doesn’t overlay the remote interface.

anyone else getting this/have a fix?

Same behavior over here.

I’m using tvremote:// in Widgy (widget app from App Store) in lieu and that overlays the remote.
