Apple TV Showing Up As Option

When I open up control center to stream music to my HomePod, Apple TV's not in my home show up as an option. I thought they all had to be on the same WiFi network for this to work. I don't own an Apple TV and none are connected to my home network when viewing connected devices on my gateway.

Am I missing something?
