Apple TV supplies drying up?

Been to John Lewis Store in the UK today (28.05.13) and they were out of stock of the Apple TV. I then went to the Apple Store in Cardiff and they only had 4 on the shelf.

The John Lewis online store is out-of-stock too.

Does this mean supplies are drying up?

Is a new Apple TV going to be announced in June?

I would expect a new apple t.v to be announced in june. I too have seen the supplies of apple tvs drying up lately

Extremely unlikely, considering they just did a refresh on the current one not long ago, sure it wasnt an advertised refresh but the die shrink and all that wouldnt be happening if they were going to be refreshing it in the summer.

Apple TV sales accelerating

Apparently Apple TV sales were accelerating. I've just bought mine 2 months ago with the latest A5 chip.
