I have a couple ATVs in my home. Is there a way to sync them all. If I sign into a app in the living room I have repeat the process for every device. Example if I downloaded HBOGO. I have to log in on each device instead of one device and being logged in to all

Go to Settings app > Accounts > TV Provider and enter the credentials for your cable/satellite provider. As long as the TV Provider supports single sign-on (SSO), and the apps you are using support SSO you won't need to keep logging into every app.

There currently no way to do this on one device and have it propagate to other devices, though. You have to log in with your TV Provider on every Apple TV.

Limited sync is available for the home screen. Settings > Accounts > iCloud > One Home Screen (On). This will ensure apps appear the same on all ATV logged into your iCloud account. Will download new apps, put them in the same location\folder. But, login is still a bit of a buga-boo.

SSO, if your TV provider supports it, will help, but otherwise you still have to login and authorize on each device. I suspect this is more of a provider demand than Apple. Hoping for enhancements in this area in future releases, but for now, something we have to live with.
