So, normally I'm a big fan of the TV app on my Apple TV. It allows me to quickly jump back to a program i was watching on HBO Go or Hulu, etc.

And I was excited when they added the "Sports" section to it. However, a lot of time it shows me NBA games that when I click on it, I realize it's for NBA TV, which I don't subscribe to.

Shouldn't Apple TV know which apps I subscribe to and only show me games I actually have access to?

I mean, I don't even have the NBA app downloaded.

It seems like there should be a way to do this. Why tease me with games I can't watch?

They tease because they want you to subscribe to those apps...and then find greater appeal for the AppleTV.
I mean, when you look at the one tab for showing "what's Hot" or something, those are all sorts of movies/tv shows that you may not own but definitely should buy :D
