I need to restart Apple TV HD each time before using it.

Since the update sound is “force on TV” can’t put it to iPod mini like before, it can be just temporary. So sound need to be set at each restart.

Fitness + will play a first element of your program, once you click done, wait a few minutes before it is responsive to select the next. I will then try to connect to the Apple Watch. At the best it will find it in a few minutes, then the next training start with lost connection to iPodMini so no sound. The training will play a few minutes stop with a rolling ball, restart after a few minutes. And once in fitness + you can’t easilly got to connect the iPods.

So in the last few weeks it work fine for 20 minutes then is unstable.

Is it only me?

I haven’t seen this problem with TVOS, production or beta versions. You may wish to reset to factory settings and then reload your AppleID.

Have mostly 4k models now, but the HD units havent been acting up that anyone has noticed... fwiw i do not use the Minis for TV audio.
