Anyone else getting this? Is it just the servers being slammed by everyone downloading everything?
 
I've had this before. It wouldn't even update via iTunes. I had to factory reset it and set up as new. Only then would it update.
I don't have mine heavily customized (yet) so probably no big deal. Do purchases get restored automatically?

Literally bricked mine. Connecting via usb doesn't even show the Apple TV. blinking white light of death
Yeah, I've seen some references to this. Feel for you...

You should terminate all apps and then do the upadte
 
Had to do a reset on mine to get the update. Would be nice if Apple would store the configuration and restore app purchases automatically in such cases...
