Apple UK Series 9 stock level

I went to order the series 9 earlier and see that the pick up option is showing as unavailable does this mean they no longer have stock for the 22nd?

It looks like the delivery dates have slipped to the 6th October and 9th depending on the model.

Are they likely to have stock that isn’t pre ordered so I can go and collect on the same day?
