So I received a 64GB Pro Max midnight green on launch day. First time using apple UP. I've always used 64GB but maybe just maybe I want 256GB. In any case whats the best way to do this? Call apple or go to store? Now I do see 256GB midnight green every morning available in Miami stores. So basically I would have to find one early in the morning before my 14th days are up to make the exchange? How would I go about this? Am I better off returning this one. Then placing new order and meanwhile use my back iPhone SE?

Check stock in early morning, and reserve for in store pickup. You can't exchange, you ave to return and re-buy. Return your 64GB, and get the 256. Basically it will close out your existing Citizens loan and you will open a whole new loan with the new phone.

I just did this last weekend. You do an online order with IUP just like you did originally with in store pickup then return your current phone when you go in. Went very smoothly.

What process did you take? I just tried via the apple store app but didn’t allow me since says I’m already part of the program and shows this previous phone. Did you click on enroll program instead?

I’m curious about this as well.

This happened to me. I had to wait a full 24 hours to "reapply" for two phones (my wife's and I) for the previous cancellation to get processed through Citizens. Re-ordered the next day through the Apple Store phone app and it went through smoothly. Now just have to wait for delivery.
