Last year Apple allowed people that bought a Mac after June 11 to update to OS X 10.8 for free.
I bought a Retina MacBook Pro at the end of February 2013; considering that OS X 10.9 will be presented at the WWDC, will I have a chance of getting it for free?

No, as that up-to-date program only went back a month or so from the actual release date, and if OS X 10.9 will be released on June 10th, which is highly unlikely, it will just be previewed and then given to developers to test and then released in August or September or October, your purchase was four months ago.

Ok, thanks :(
