Does any one know if this disables the ability to export ringtones created from imported .mp3s from GarageBand?

I just updated garageband on my macbook. It no longer takes it 50 bounces to open! Back down to under 10 like it was before the 10.5.2 update :).

The option to send as ringtone to itunes is still there.

WHY!!!???? That was so fun waiting! I was wondering what happened to it. It used to open in 2-3 bounces, all of a sudden it was bouncing like Curly Neil got a hold of it.

after the 30th bounce, i would've hung myself with my old packard bell mouse.

Thank goodness Garageband is back down to 10-15 bounces for me. After the 10.5.2 update it used to take a full minute of bouncing before it would open. I had wondered if some Microsoft employees snuck into Infinite Loop and threw some Vista coding in there.

The load time is much improved. :)

Let's hope the equivalent for Logic Pro is just around the corner, since that too has been much slower to load up since 10.5.2

Now if only Apple would fix the way GB converts voices, because right now it's pretty crappy.
