iOS Apple updating the iPhone Dev Center

When I try to access the dev center, I get:
"We are currently updating the iPhone Dev Center, and you should be able to access it shortly."

Think this anything to be excited about? This is a rumors site after all :)
 
Well it looks like they added developer forums, they aren't functioning yet, though.
