Apple upgrade program

So i've read the fine print and if you upgrade, apple pays the balance of the remaining amount and new 24 month contract starts.....

apple does a hard credit pull for the upgrade program.....
so with the upgrade, its another contract....

my question is:

does anyone know if apple re-pulls your credit if you utilize the upgrade (start a new 24 month)???
