Was at the Selfridges store today and only one person successfully purchased on the Apple upgrade program before it crashed. I waited two hours and then left. They said a phone would be reserved still and my appointment was good for any time of the day (I since went with O2).
Just wondering if anyone else has had any luck (or failure) with the AUP

My reservation was at the Breahead store in Glasgow at 8:30. It took about 30 mins to get through the application process because the system was constantly returning an error, sometimes it was taking 10-20 attempts to submit a section of the application due to the load. It all went through fine in the end though.

Leeds apple store is totally backed up they asked me if I wanted to join a very lengthy queue, I declined.
May go back after work, but it seems like a complete shambles.
