Was curious, because I need to use ethernet sometimes, and was wondering if the apple usb ethernet adapter will work with the new MacBook. It was originally designed for the MacBook Air.

Oh yeah I forgot we need a USB-C to Ethernet, the apple one is a USB. Sigh. I hope apple makes one.
I got a USB-C to USB adapter, and a Moshi USB to Ethernet adapter. It supports 10/100/1000 Base-T. I can confirm that it works fine.
The Moshi USB to Ethernet adapter is better than the Apple one, as it supports Gigabit Ethernet and has an additional USB port on it that you can use at the same time.
