I can get a brand new, never used, Apple USB keyboard for around $30.
It's the M2452 model, the one that used to ship with the fruity G3 iMacs ; it's a Blueberry one, like I used to have when I still had my Blueberry iMac G3.
I was looking to get another keyboard because I'm sick and tired of wireless keyboards which do not allow me to use the option key at startup to gain access to the boot menu.
Anyway, I'm sure this older USB keyboard will work fine, but I would like to make sure that I will be able to access the boot menu with the option key, and that I will be able to remap the function keys for exposé, volume control, etc.
I'm asking the question as I've heard of some problems with this model of keyboard when used with certain models of the Mac mini.
By the way, I would be using it on a 2017 iMac 27 inch with Big Sur...
