Apple Veteran Store Issue

I went to place an order on the Apple Veteran store. I successfully added the items to the bag at the veteran discount. Ordering one of each item. When I check out I get a message:

Your order cannot be processed.​

You have exceeded the product quantity limit for an item in your bag. As a result, we are unable to process your order.

It seems, according to Apple support, that some items are not eligible for the discount. Apple is displaying prices, then not honoring the price displayed. That seems to me to be bordering on fraud.

Wasn't there an issue with AirTags today? They were selling a 4 pack for the price of one tag? Maybe they've moved some of their designers into the pricing department and this is related? 😂
