While Apple officially launched the visionOS App Store in mid-January, apps were not showing up on the App Store website. That has now changed, and the Vision Pro App Store is now live on the web as well.

When viewing an app's webpage, visionOS screenshots and compatibility are listed, giving more insight into which apps will support the Vision Pro.

App listings include insight into an app's visionOS capabilities as well as several screenshots of what the app looks like on the Vision Pro.

The Vision Pro is set to launch in the United States tomorrow, with customers who pre-ordered receiving their deliveries. Apple also plans to begin accepting demo appointments in its retail store locations as of tomorrow morning.

Also for iOS only apps if Apple Vision is listed in the compatibility list then the developer has allowed it to run on the headset.

Anyone got an actual link for the Vision Pro App Store, since Macrumors didn't link it for reasons beyond me, and I can't seem to even find it.

No, you search for an app in a browser, look at the description of the app in browser and if it has a Vpro version, you click the link to see it.

For example, search for Microsoft Word app or Apple Keynote App or Disney+ or Night Sky and then visit the web page for the app. If there is a Vpro version, click that tab next to Screenshots.

I just tried Apple Pages and Numbers apps and there is no Vpro screenshot tab for either (yet). It appears it is now a guessing game: try your favorite apps one by one and see if there is a Vpro version yet... OR wait until tomorrow and see all of what is available through your new Vpro.

There is no web-based App Store. These are just when viewing the app's page on the web from a computer.

On your iPhone or iPad, search the App Store as you normally would. It'll show if it's optimized or compatible with the Vision Pro, along with previews if it is. Tap the share button and copy link to copy the app's page on the web (on iPhone/iPad, the link will just redirect you right back to listing in the App Store).

The Macrumors article literally says, "That has now changed, and the Vision Pro App Store is now live on the web as well."

I guess that's not really true in the sense that you can't just see all the apps. Dumb.

Someone quickly create a micro-site where it lists only visionOS apps!! This is too complicated!!

I think they are only referring to the app preview website, and the only change is that we can see screenshots of visionOS versions of each app. Granted the title is confusing

Yep, it was, still is, and that you can't see a list of Vision Pro apps dedicated to the machine is bewildering. Does Apple even want to sell the device?

Looking forward to seeing people talk about their headsets tomorrow. Wonder how sentiment around the device will change once it's in people's hands as opposed to the press.

Yes Apple doesn't want to sell the device because the apps list only can be seen within the said device. Duh 🙄

You can’t browse apps for any iDevice on the web. Apple trusts that people will buy them anyway.
